Refunds

Because a licence key is delivered immediately and unlocks downloadable software, sales are final once a key is issued, except where the software cannot be made to work on a supported Windows 10/11 machine.

If a payment was sent but no key was issued, contact info@aiworkplace.org with the order reference and transaction ID. If an order was cancelled or held, we will either complete it or return the funds to the sending address, less network fees.

Wrong-coin or wrong-network transfers cannot always be recovered; the payment page states the coin and network before you send.
